Looking for a well-rounded Shop Manager/ Shop Guy who would be in charge of Commercial/Residential roofing and sheet metal shop management. We are seeking a hard-working, reliable individual who takes pride in their work and will contribute to the success of our business. Duties would include maintenance and repair of trucks, equipment, small engines, pumps and miscellaneous equipment, as well as receiving and unloading deliveries and tracking equipment and material supplies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to operate and repair anything. (Engine forklifts, trucks, small engines, compressors, tool maintenance repair, etc.)
Keeping track of vehicle inventory
A candidate for this position must be well organized, self-motivated, dependable and possess strong communication and time management skills.
Keeping track of Shop Inventory
Must be comfortable operating forklift and truck mounted.
Job Requirements:
Ability to be a team player
Must be able to walk, stand, climb, kneel, reach, crawl, push, pull and twist the majority of the day
Must ensure that work area is left in a clean, safe condition after daily duties are completed
Must have strong attention to detail
Must have a valid Driver's License
Must have experience pulling a trailer
