The Total Rewards Partner is a position that provides intermediate quantitative analysis and research, conducts communication with stakeholders and customers, makes planning proposals and recommendations in designated areas independently. The incumbent can solve moderate-to-high complex problems and is able to manage and lead projects with less complexity in Workday and Incentive Compensation.What you will do

Incentive Design/Administration: facilitate the development of incentive plans, administer and maintain various Short-term incentive plans assigned, analyze the data related to each plan to ensure the compliance and accurate and timely payouts, provide consultation to plan administers and customers

Completes validations and audits of our current Short-term incentive plans in Workday. Analyzes complex data using spreadsheets to ensure proper eligibility and payouts or our incentive programs

Works to resolve compensation-related questions from our customers and implements solutions in Workday

Responsibility and relationship with other jobs within Total Rewards.

Problem Solving and Accountability.

Leads compensation related projects, interacting with consultants and internal partners

Ensures compliance of compensation programs and policies and manages employee data in line with company policies

What you will have:

Experience: 1-3+ years for compensation related experience

Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.

Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside the organization.

Interpersonal Relationships and Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.

Compensation Management: Knowledge of compensation structure, and regulations and policies related to compensation; ability to design, implement and evaluate compensation programs, policies and processes within an organization.
