- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of a two-year degree required.
- Candidates must demonstrate a solid work history of strong computer skills, verbal and written communication skills, organization, analytical/problem solving ability, and a strong customer focus with a drive to provide superior product support information.
- A strong mechanical and/or machine service background in the heavy equipment industry is very desirable.
- Working knowledge of 3D models in ProE, Creo, or Teamcenter Visualization, is a big plus.
