This position offers a unique non-supervisory leadership opportunity. You’ll be at the forefront of collaboration between the Motor Grader product group, Earthmoving, suppliers, factories, Global Construction Industries (GCI), dealers and worldwide process partners, ensuring clarity and consistency throughout the process. Lead, manage, and collaborate with GCI, engineering, factories, purchasing, and process partners fostering seamless coordination, alignment and delivery of goals (People, Product, Quality, Velocity, Cost).

Spearhead major NPI projects, supporting all aspects.

Apply practical working knowledge and applications of 6 Sigma tools and methodologies to identify and address issues and continuously improve processes, ensuring operational excellence.

Coordinate with project and NPI leads across Earthmoving to exchange best practices and implement effective solutions fostering collaboration and shared learning.

Adapt existing approaches or develop new solutions as needed to integrate projects with broader business activities, improvement initiatives, and corporate strategy.

Establish priorities and develop work plans to efficiently complete assignments and achieve desired outcomes, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.

Additional responsibilities may include leading cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, presenting project updates to senior leadership, or facilitating workshops to enhance operational efficiency across business units.

What You Have (Basic Qualifications):

A college or university degree OR equivalent experience contributing to managing projects/programs in a construction equipment or manufacturing environment.

Progressive experience showcasing responsibilities, including direct involvement in technical projects or programs, highlighting expertise in driving strategic initiatives and achieving measurable outcomes.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely across all levels of the organization, facilitating seamless collaboration and alignment.

Strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, project management acumen, and the ability to lead a team through diverse issues. Must have the ability to work with people from many different backgrounds and cultures, internally and externally, with the appropriate influence and ability to resolve differences.

Top Candidates Will Bring:

Proficiency in delivering impactful presentations, leveraging compelling storytelling and persuasive techniques to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making processes.

Familiarity with corporate operating and execution models, or the ability to quickly acclimate and adapt to organizational dynamics, ensuring swift integration and alignment with overarching goals and objectives.

Experience with six sigma methodologies, Black Belt certification, or demonstrated lean process improvement experience to enhance operational excellence.

Domestic relocation is available to those who qualify.

International and domestic travel is required (15% - 20% of working time).
