- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial or Metallurgical Engineer, or similar discipline.
- Candidate must be able to understand the processes and results of various chemical processes and manufacturing operations.
- Candidate must have knowledge of metallurgy processes, including heath treating, steel composition, thermal and mechanical properties of various iron and carbon steels would be helpful.
- Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements
