Volt DTS has an opening for a CMM Operator to work onsite in a contract position with our customer in Peoria, IL. This will be working in on off-shift schedule focused on using available machine times (second shift, weekends). This position will require relatively regular overtime, depending on part volume and CMM machine availability schedule. Part availability and machine availability can be somewhat dynamic, so some flexibility on work times and days will be necessary.Technical Requirements

Ideally looking for 5+ years’ experience CMM Operation
5+ Years’ experience working with PC-DMIS and QUINDOS programming software
5+ Years’ experience reading and troubleshooting issues with inspection programs
Solid understanding of Metrology and GD&T
Knowledge of Renishaw scanning probes (such as SP600 and SP25)
Experience working with DEA Global CMM machines or similar
