To do so, we rely on a dynamic, culturally diverse group of employees, working in more than 100 countries, in a variety of challenging roles.This position is responsible for executing insurance product and service delivery activities, coordinating the processing efforts of extended team members, and providing high quality client support.The Insurance Program Delivery Specialist handles small to mid-sized global accounts of moderate complexity, requiring technical knowledge of systems and procedures, under supervision.Responsibilities:Constructs basic insurance policy contracts and invoices in accordance withnegotiated terms and conditions, territory requirements and company.compliance. Assisting team members to ensure timely processing of underlyers.and invoicing.Provides high quality customer service for internal and external client needs.Create master policies and associated documents.Responsible for the collection, review and processing of prospect/clientlocations and values in corporate systems.Maintains client and broker contact information and document distribution.instructions.Follows corporate procedures, guidelines and governance for processing ofinsurance deliverables.Qualifications:Education: High School or GED required. Prefer some college/university coursework.Experience: At least one year in an office environment, preferably within an insurance, finance or other regulatory environment. Combination of education and work experiencewill be considered.Skills:Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically ExcelGood Communication skills, both oral and written.Embraces teamwork.Team-player, with ability to work independently.Problem-solving abilitiesAbility to plan, organize and prioritize work.Attention to detail and prooing skills.Self-motivatedSolid math aptitude and analytical skillsTime managementFlexibility/adaptability to change, works well under pressure.Ability to multi-taskProficiency in English is required. The final salary offer will vary based on geographic location, individual education, skills, and experience.
