Description The Human Resource Specialist will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including compliance with must be eligible to work in the U.S. labor laws, internal hiring procedures, and employee grievance management. This role requires a thorough understanding of employment regulations, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive employee issues with discretion and professionalism.Responsibilities:

Compliance: Stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance. Provide guidance to management and employees on HR-related legal matters, including employment contracts, wage and hour laws, discrimination, harassment, and workplace safety.

Internal Hiring: Manage the full cycle of internal hiring processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent internally.

Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees to address concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues. Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts, and recommend appropriate resolutions in accordance with company policies and labor laws.

HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, payroll information, and benefits enrollment. Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Employee Engagement: Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs, team-building activities, and surveys. Analyze feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee satisfaction and morale.
