Description:Performs analyses, maintains, optimizes, and troubleshoots on the LCMS instrument.

Perform analyses on Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry – QQQ (LCMS) for cross-contamination

Enable other analysts to perform LCMS analyses

Work with vendors and global network to:

Develop and optimize methods for existing LCMS analyses

Maintain reliable performance of the LCMS instrument

Create and update production batch instructions

As needed, perform typical lab analyst tasks, such as:

Perform routine analyses to confirm product specifications in support of production, packaging, bulk shipping, raw material receipt, wash water testing, product inquiries, etc.

Troubleshoots laboratory instrumentation issues.

Obtains and prepares special samples for shipment.

Assist Supervisor with special projects, as necessary.

Perform daily housekeeping and calibration on laboratory and instruments.

Provides technical support to plant production employees.

Documents data/results in appropriate technical databases/documentation.

Perform quality inspections and audits on manufacturing vessels and packaging lines

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in the Sciences

Experience with LCMS.
