Industrial Maintence Supervisor Needed in Paris, IL.Description:
This position will be responsible for the supervision of hourly skilled industrial maintenance technicians, planning, and scheduling
Must have a working knowledge of the following topics: pH, flow, temperature, pressure, conductivity and mass measurements, AC and DC control methods, 24V – 480V electrical systems and troubleshooting, VFD’s, smart meters, PLC/DCS control methods, automated systems, load cells, control valves, precision alignment, rigging, welding, blueprint reading, mathematics, machinery vibration, preventive/predictive maintenance
Assigned tasks include, but are not limited to, providing field supervision of personnel in repair and installation of mechanical and electrical systems, planning, scheduling, lubrication, welding, instruments, and controls
Communicate team goals and objectives
Ensure repairs and calibrations are performed in conformance with established standards
Provide work order feedback on discrepancies noted in service delivery
May have to access work from elevated areas (ladders, platforms, scaffolding, and others as required) utilizing fall protection equipment when needed

Possess industrial maintenance supervisory experience
Environment:
Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical shock and vibration.
Occasionally exposed to extreme heat and extreme cold, wet or humid conditions
The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.
