We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. Key responsibilities include:Work with VP, Talent to deploy a People strategy, from acquisition to exit; serve as the face of HR to internal and external stakeholdersConduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiativesProvide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, alternative work arrangements, and resolve any issues that may arisePromote HR programs to create an efficient, inclusive, and conflict-free workplaceFacilitate the various tasks and trainings around the performance management and goal setting processesAssist in annual compensation review initiativesEnhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing culture initiativesConduct employee exit interviews to understand themes, address issues, and inform recommendations to continuously improve employee experienceGather and analyze data with useful HR metrics and reporting; Serve as central point of contact for HR Information SystemsEnsure compliance with employment regulationsPartner with Snr. Manager DEI to promote and support DEI initiatives across organizationPartner with Talent Acquisition to provide support and metrics as needed.  May assist in recruiting efforts during periods of high volume.Various projects as assignment
