As a Territory Product Manager (E3/E4) for Consumer Goods (Braking, Filters, Rotating Machine), you will analyze customers and competitors for use in the formulation of business strategy and value proposition by territory. Become the expert of the market and competitive landscape in your product category to identify and support growth opportunities. Travel up to 60% primarily domestically.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement territory product strategy to achieve aggressive sales targets and market growth.  Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.Gather customer specific requirements during customer visits and understand their business model and needs.

Develop comprehensive distribution analysis/market landscape, with the goal to identify key business prospects.Provide insights and recommendations to the internal product development and marketing teams based on the market analysis and customer input.Closely collaborate with marketing and sales to develop and execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

Provide input and assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.Ensure internal stakeholders are up-to-date on customer needs and the required value proposition, considering market and competitive trends.Serve as primary product expert, providing in-depth knowledge to our internal and external stakeholders.

This includes conducting product demonstrations and training sessions, with the objective to enhance product knowledge and sales efficiency.Execute the launch of new products/programs and promotions into the market, including sell-through communication.

Ensure all stakeholders are executing new product/program launches according to the launch plan in line with customer expectations.In close alignment with the sales team, build and maintain strong relationships with customers.  Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure benchmark level in customer satisfaction.
