Job Description
The Sales Co-Op position supports the New Business Development and Program Distribution Group Management team, which includes:
- Special Project Support
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Virtual and in-person Customer Event Support
- Customer Portal Management
- Sales Reporting (PIG011)
- Maintaining and Improving the Existing Sales Tools (example: Customer Acquisition Opportunities Reporting and Tracking, Program Distribution Group Membership Roster Management etc.)
- Sale History Analysis
- Internal Cross-Functional and External Coordination of Marketing Activities for Program Distribution Groups
Qualifications
- Cumulative GPA 3.0 or Higher
- Working towards completion of a Bachelor or Master degree (Business Administration Major Preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skills (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables and Graphs etc.)
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, multi-tasking and highly organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform tasks autonomously and complete work in a timely manner
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without Visa Sponsorship (F1 and J1 visa holders are not eligible for this role)
- Must be available to work 35-40 hours per week during regular business hours (Monday – Friday) for 6 months
