Regulatory Specialist

Description On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Regulatory Specialist to join their team near Oakbrook, Illinois. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the regulatory team, ensuring timely and accurate submissions while maintaining comprehensive company documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.Responsibilities: Collaborate with global regulatory personnel to keep projects on schedule. Support the regulatory team by preparing necessary documents for submissions. Track the progress of product registration activities to ensure timely submissions and approvals. Submit registration paperwork to relevant state agencies for approval. Ensure all company dossier and documentation requirements are met. Manage email correspondence efficiently and professionally. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite programs for various tasks Accurately enter data and maintain customer credit records.Requirements · Ideal candidate will possess at least a minimum of a bachelor's degree (ideally within a scientific discipline) with < 5 years' experience in reviewing and preparing technical documents and government agency interactions.· Highly developed written and oral communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills and ability to operate effectively within a matrixed organization and regulated business environment· Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail· Excellent project management skills· Demonstrated organizational and time management skills are a must· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programsRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
