Description We are seeking a Controller to be part of a team, working in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to handle various accounting functions.This role is set in the financial operations sector and involves managing and overseeing the company's financial activities, including budget analysis, financial planning, and financial reporting. Responsibilities: Oversee the company's financial operations, including the management of accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems to ensure they comply with appropriate standards and regulatory requirements. Coordinate all audit activities and maintain internal control safeguards. Manage and track the performance of invested assets in line with policies and investment guidelines. Develop and implement financial accounting systems and software tools to streamline operations. Prepare and publish monthly financial statements in a timely and accurate manner. Evaluate and manage financial and operational risks to the company. Develop and monitor performance metrics for financial operations. Manage cash flow and forecasting, including the development of a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism. Coordinate the preparation of the corporate annual report. Regularly conduct internal audits to ensure financial processes are being used effectively. Stay updated on financial trends within the company and the general market.Requirements Proficiency in 3M is necessary for this role Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is required Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services is beneficial CRM experience is desired Proficiency in Crystal Reports is required Must have a solid understanding of Accounting Functions Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is essential Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary Must have a background in Auditing Experience with Budget Processes is desired Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
