DescriptionRobert Half Management Resources is looking to add a Corporate Controller to the team. The Corporate Controller is responsible is responsible for all accounting policies, procedures, reporting controls, financial compliance, accounting services and financial transaction processing. In addition, this position will drive the budgeting and forecasting process. The Corporate Controller will also support the CFO in the design, planning and execution of all new business development for the company.The Corporate Controller will be responsible for the following duties: Ensure the timely and accurate maintenance of the financial books and records of the company on a GAAP basis. Lead review and analysis of actual results and oversee comparative variance analysis vs. prior year, budget, and reforecast. Oversee and manage all banking relationships and assist with treasury maintenance. Ensure accurate and timely audits and tax filings for Company. Lead the annual budget process. Establish and maintain the standard operating procedures. MBA and/or CPA preferred. 7+ years of experience in business and auditing, accounting, and financial analysis in a high-transaction volume company. Demonstrated knowledge of auditing, accounting and finance principles and procedures. Excellent financial and economic modeling skills. Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools are a plus. Proficient PowerPoint/presentation development skills required.
