You'll juggle thrilling tasks from managing account openings, scrutinising client account activities daily, to undertaking challenging projects and filling vital shoes in interdepartmental communication. You will be everyone's go-to for creating reports, handling client's needs, and resolving conflicts, all while catering to the client's every need. We seek an individual who brings experience and enthusiasm to the table. Your excellent verbal and writing skills, coupled with your keen eye for detail, will be your key to success. Your knack for customer service, learning on the go, and managing numerous balls in the air will see you thriving in our dynamic team environment. This position is 100% in-office, offer full benefits and a strong compensation package that includes a base salary + quarterly bonuses.Requirements The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the financial industry with a customer service focus, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to learn and absorb new information. They should also have strong interpersonal skills, be able to manage competing deadlines and projects, and be highly organized.
