Description The Audit Manager’s primary function is to manage and supervise the execution of external audit engagements in accordance with regulatory and professional auditing and assurance standards. Duties/Responsibilities/Essential Functions: Manage and supervise the execution of external audit engagements of various clients in accordance with relevant regulatory and professional auditing and assurance standards. Keep current and maintain a working knowledge of pertinent information relevant to the client's industry. Oversee engagement management, including managing the budget and progress while monitoring the timeline to complete the job effectively and efficiently. Set the culture for your team and mentor team members in their career development. Build the client relationships by providing an excellent client experience. Understand and utilize Sassetti’s audit processes and procedures. Proactively develop business. Requirements External Audit, Microsoft Excel, CPA, CYMA Not-For-ProfitRequired Skills/Abilities:
Demonstrated supervisory experience.
NFP audit experience required.
Knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB Auditing Standards.
Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
Microsoft Office knowledge including Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
Five + years of current and/or recent audit experience within a public accounting firm
Bachelor's degree
Licensed CPA
