SUMMARY Exciting new Pharmaceutical opportunity for Chemist and Lab Technicians looking to get into a Chemical Analyst position! The opportunity is located in Des Plaines, IL and is 100% on-site, 5 days a week. The opportunity is a 6-month contract-to-hire role and the compensation is between $22- 26 per hour.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible for reviewing documentation and releasing incoming materials
- Assures projects for the Chemistry Laboratory are completed in a timely manner
- Conducts, documents, and evaluates analytical testing of raw materials, utilities and in-process, release, and stability testing of finished products in accordance with SOPs and GLPs
- Responsible for maintaining the Chemistry Laboratory following GMP regulations
- Responsible for reviewing and verifying analytical testing
- Responsible for completing Laboratory Investigations
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience in cGMP or FDA regulated environment
- Knowledge of GMP and GLP regulations
- Experience with Wet Chemistry
- Experience working with SOPs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
