Job SummaryThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the maintenance of the facilities and equipment, including the oversight of the cleaning crew, landscapers, electricians, heating and air crew, and repair of all major equipment. Essential Responsibilities and Metrics
Receive and assign work orders from the various locations.
Maintain key and access card inventory and issue as needed.
Handle regular site visits to do basic inspections.
Communicate with property manager on outstanding issues to have them resolved.
Act as a liaison between landlords and Josselyn.
Handle minor facility repairs as needed.
Assist Facility Manager with construction projects as needed.
Assume Facility Manager duties during Facility Manager's PTO.
Assist with facility moves.
Other duties as they come up.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to speak with all levels of employees, guests, vendors and team members
Great time management, organization, and prioritization abilities
Keen attention to detail and efficient problem-solving skills
Advanced mechanical skills and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC and/or other building systems
