Performs electrical, welding, carpentry and masonry work associated with all building equipment, accessories and components.
This includes producing all support documentation such as calculations, materials lists and as built drawings.
Provides assistance in the various duties in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), mechanical, chemical and electrical disciplines.
Assists in problem solving and training of subordinates in the repair and installation of building equipment and components.
Performs other duties as directed.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Facilities and/or commercial maintenance and repair experience highly preferred.
Certifications and/or licensing in HVAC or a related area highly preferred.
Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Northbrook, IL.
Ability to commit to a 3rd shift schedule (10:30p-6:30a) required.
