Our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Ridgeville, South Carolina, is a testament to our commitment to excellence and sustainability.Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Rework Technician to join our team at a plant in Ridgeville, South Carolina. The Rework Technician will be responsible for identifying and correcting quality issues in vehicles that have been flagged for rework. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship.Key Responsibilities:

Inspect vehicles identified for rework to determine the nature and extent of the quality issue.

Diagnose the root cause of the quality issue and develop a plan to correct it.

Perform rework activities, which may include repairing, replacing, or adjusting components to meet quality standards.

Document all rework activities and maintain accurate records.

Collaborate with other team members to identify and address systemic quality issues.

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in automotive manufacturing or a related field.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
