In addition, they will be responsible for other aspects of collections to include resolve billing issues, payment plans, placing customers on COD or product hold and helping reduce the amount of accounts receivable.Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Requests and pursues payment on delinquent accounts via communication with account holder

Follows established guidelines to review and update account status

Maintains log of payment promises and pertinent account details; schedules follow-up communication with account holder

Monitors accounts receivable and cash receipt reports

Other projects or duties as assigned

QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and 0 to 1 plus years of experience in accounts receivable or collections or HS Diploma/GED and 3 plus years of experience in accounts receivable or collections

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to communicate with account holders in a courteous manner

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

Strong data entry skills

This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Experience with SAP
