Perform more complex HR administrative duties: including data entry, preparing new hire and orientation materials, assisting with performance reviews, and maintaining employee records, coordinating travel logistics, planning meetings, pulling files from the main file room
May conduct new hire interviews for entry level positions and/or exit interviews for all levels
Reconcile TDR decks and review for inconsistencies, analyze TDR data, identify development themes, create content, and finalize for TDR for presentation
Create ad hoc/custom Peoplesoft reports and perform analyze and identify findings for Manager review
Collect data and update dashboard metrics
Create organizational charts and coordinate all data changes in all systems for impacted employees
Coordinate all portions of the recruitment life cycle including creating requisitions, applicant flow tracking, generating offer letters and performing background checks
Participate in special projects (e.g. RIF, acquisition and divestitures, litigation support)
Facilitate new hire orientation
Respond to inquiries and escalate non-routine issues to appropriate team members
Provide coaching and job training to lower level employees

What you'll need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree in in related filed, 5 years years experience of previous HR and/or related experienceor
Master's Degree or equivalent in in related filed, 3 years years experience of previous HR and/or related experience Required

For Illinois, the base pay range for this position is $59,000 to $80,400 (highly experienced).The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
