Description We are offering a long-term hybrid (3 days on-site/2 day remote) contract employment opportunity in the service industry based in Naperville, Illinois, United States. The role is for a HR Recruiter, whose primary function will be to seek, interview, and screen applicants to fill existing and future job openings and promote career opportunities within our organization. Responsibilities: Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs. Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria using computer database, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and employee referrals. Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills. Prepare and maintain employment records. Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration and selection. Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits and job or career opportunities in organizations. Utilize verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Provide support and constructive performance feedback. Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work related activities. Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, and training. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning. Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration Familiarity with Hiring Processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Knowledge of HR Policies and Procedures Competency in using a Database for record-keeping Understanding of HR Practices and Principles Customer Service skills Strong Interpersonal Skills for maintaining relationships Ability to provide Training and support for Workstation Operational knowledge of Facility Management Skills in Negotiation and Networking Experience with Strategic Planning in HR context Familiarity with the use of Media for recruitment Ability to generate candidate referrals Experience in Cold Calling for recruitment Excellent Written Communication skills Proficiency in About Time software Knowledge of Benefit Functions in HR Ability to maintain professional relationships.
