Provide transactional support to brokers.

Responsible for day one new broker onboarding processes and procedures and additional sessions over new broker’s first weeks with the company - ensure all new brokers have the knowledge, training and support during their initial introduction to the company.

Ensure new broker onboarding and training is completed by tracking and following up with new brokers (completing Achieve training, first open house, first contract).

Provide technical support and training for all brokers and staff with large group, small group and one on one training sessions as needed on all B&W tools and systems.

Special projects as determined by Managing Broker PowerPoint presentations for sales meetings, retention/recognition programs.

Assist brokers with MLS rules, regulations and modifications as needed.

Generate and send Scheduled Showings (buy side) Report on Fridays to Loan Officers.

Work proactively to identify broker needs and create solutions.

Work closely with Key Mortgage Loan Officers to plan Lunch 'n' Learns and various events to build partnerships and relationships between brokers and loan officers.

Assist in planning and executing when needed all office functions including sales meetings, office celebrations and seasonal parties.

Qualifications

3+ years real estate sales experience.

Prior management and training experience.

Advanced technical skills - experience with Cloze, Dotloop, Zenlist, etc.

Excellent communication - verbal and written.

Organizational skills a must.

Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.

Experience with Google Suite.
