As part of the team here, you'll ensure every product we sell online or in-stores is delivered on time and with quality, ensuring our customers are amazed and delighted with their selection. The Distribution Center Office Associate is responsible for performing general clerking duties such as data entry and paperwork filing in Distribution/Cross dock centers or float between centers. What you’ll do:
Perform a variety of clerical duties such as filing, record keeping, and copying
Input data via a computer
Maintain and replenishes office supplies
Conduct information retrieval and data entry via the computer
Compile, organize, and maintain records of business transactions
Maintain moderately complex indexes and files
Answer phones and take messages
Gather information from accounts, applications, or spreadsheets and transfers into a standard format or database
Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling, sorting, and verifying information.
Perform other related clerical duties as assigned
What you’ll bring:
Experience in a clerical position and/or Administrative Support preferred
High School Diploma, GED, equivalent vocational training, or associate's degree
Proficient at typing and basic computer operation
Intermediate English Language proficiency
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Clerical, word processing, and office skills
High attention to detail
Maintains an awareness of loss prevention, security and safety following the guidelines as outlined in the Company Code of Conduct and Associate Policy manuals
