Plant IV Tire Room Supervisor

The Plant IV PLT Tire Room Floor Supervior will:Supervise Passenger Tire Builders, Truckers, Setup Technicians, Precure Prep, TRU, and Check Tire Clerks insuring a high level of quality, efficiency, and safety is achieved. Responsible for scheduling builder machine alignment.Recording builder attendance and builder related defects.Monitor quality, safety, productivity and housekeeping.Responsible for coordinating schedule changes.Conduct safety talks at the beginning of each shift.Enforce plant policies, and if necessary, conduct disciplinary actions as directed by policy.Perform necessary paperwork and reporting, and ensure accuracy and neatness.Schedule and coordinate build-outs.Schedule and coordinate start-ups.Ensure all departmental bulletin boards are kept current.Check tire follow-up.Perform other duties as directed by the Lead Supervisor or Department Manager.Ensure all ESH procedures, policies and legal requirements are implemented and monitored.NOTE: May not be inclusive of all work required and may be updated as needed.
