This team provides the Order Management Processes (OMP), tools and order support for worldwide dealers and customers to quote and order Caterpillar E&T Engine products and then interfaces to worldwide manufacturing facilities to build and ship these orders. In addition, once shipment has occurred, this role collaborates with our traffic and logistics teams to ensure product timely reaches destination. There are multiple groups within the OMP team providing our internal and external customers support in the following areas: dealer orders/logistics, systems, processes, system definition, training and pricing.What you will do:
Manage the Americas Orders team overseeing order fulfillment activities across E&T to support our Americas Dealers and Customers.
Serve as the spokesperson for regional and global input to engine order policies and issues when dealing with Product Teams, Pricing, Product Support Development, Manufacturing/Assembly Plants and Logistics.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Develop and execute risk assessments of order fulfillment to ensure that all sites follow established policies and procedures.
Manage the development, implementation and maintenance of order fulfillment policies and procedures.
Continue to pursue simplified and standardized processes that enhances the order to delivery experience.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Economics, Information Technology, Business or similar logical course
Extensive international logistics knowledge and practical experience with importation and exportation
Significant project leadership/planning experience or previous supervision experience
Intermediate Spanish is required

Significant experience with logistics
Ability to quickly understand technology changes and drive advancement within the organization
Ability to understand both technology and business domains
Knowledge of business operations including the technical infrastructure and general business processes.
In-depth knowledge of various Caterpillar products, dealers, product applications and merchandising programs.
Understanding of mechanized claims processing, and/or dealer operations.
Previous order management experience
Advanced Spanish
