This position is based in Mossville, IL and reports to the ILS Engineering manager for the Americas region.What You Will Do-Design and implement successful logistics solutions by being responsible for the following areas:
Data purification & analysis
warehouse storage design & manufacturing point-of-use (POU) design
machinery & equipment design and procurement
workforce & equipment planning
logistics process design
inventory transfer & rearrangement planning
integrating supply chain knowledge into warehouse design
Engineer & implement solutions to reduce safety risks
Manage ongoing planning and execution of consolidation in support of the material flow plan
Define short- & long-term actions to address capacity constraints including load consolidation, move low volume inventory off site, define min/max for ASRS inventory
Design and manage the installation of storage equipment
Document layouts and proposed changes in AutoCAD
Understand the capital management process and execute capital purchases
Be knowledgeable about the local warehouse management system (WMS) and can integrate this into the overall design of the facility
Additional Information:
This position is located in Mossville, IL (Bldg DD & CC).
This position is expected to be "in-person" at the Mossville location Mon-Fri, during first shift hours. However, work hours & workdays may need to flex from time to time depending on project need.
There is up to 25% expected travel associated with this position.
Relocation is not available for this position.

Materials Handling and Management: Knowledge of material handling and management in plants; ability to perform, monitor and improve processes related to storage, transportation and handling of raw and hazardous materials.
Collaborating: Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
Lean Manufacturing: Knowledge of the philosophy, principles and implementation approaches of lean manufacturing; ability to integrate and implement lean manufacturing philosophy into existing production and management processes.
What Will Set You Apart
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or industrial engineering
3+ years of related experience, preferably in logistics engineering and/or warehouse operations
AutoCad Experience
Project management experience
Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) experience
