Develop and execute a Master Business Plan with each distributor.

Deliver order and sales targets versus budgets. Work with channel partners to increase sales & market share of products in territory.

Open new distributors where and when necessary. Motivate and implement growth strategies with distribution channels.

Maintain and grow large project funnel in coordination with channels.

Assist the marketing team in defining new markets and product opportunities.

Make prospecting calls on EPC, OEM and end users with channels and direct.

Hold trainings for channels and channel customers.

Attend local trade association meetings and conduct trainings. Keep management advised of competitors’ activities in the territory / region.

Provide first class technical support including: technical presentations, project revisions, product calculations, operation and maintenance troubles hooting, improving customer processes with technical solutions and customer plants visits.

Implement pricing strategy to drive a profitable growth and increased market penetration.

Manage all direct key accounts; deliver customer presentations, visits, calculations, and technical support.

Support and develop the sales efforts of Xylem branch offices and channel partners within your geographic area, serving as a technical sales resource for Monitoring & Control products through coaching and mentoring personnel.

Perform technical and/or sales training in relation to Xylem's monitoring and controls portfolio.

Achieve and surpass agreed upon quotas and goals for sales of Monitoring & Control products in your geographic area and assist your colleagues in meeting overall NAR targets.

Coordinate sales efforts with Xylem Direct Sales Representatives, Territory Managers / Regional Managers along with Senior Market Development Manager for M&C, the M&C Application Engineering Team I M&C Support Team.

Support and follow specific sales initiatives and strategies as set by the company / supervisor.

Attend, assist, and represent the company in a professional manner at networking functions, receptions, business seminars, and trade shows.

Adhere to Xylem's standard policies, procedures, and codes of conduct. Represent Xylem in a positive and professional manner at all times, inside and outside of the company.

Follow-up promptly on new opportunities and referrals.

Provide voice of the customer (VOC) in relation to product suitability and enhancements.

Provide periodic reports, such as sales forecasts and weekly sales reports detailing individual sales activities, market trends, competitors' activities, pricing issues, and any problems or issues that need to be addressed.

Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:

Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field and seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or related role.

Must have experience with: industrial heat transfer market; managing distribution channels, OEM and end users; giving technical and commercial presentations; selecting and sizing heat transfer equipment; making customer recommendations to improve their processes and equipment performance; and heat exchangers service maintenance and installation.

Travel required up to 50% of the time.
