Job Description:- This role will work to support the parts distribution business in successfully identifying and recruiting talent across several locations within the US.
- End-to-end recruitment including screening and interviewing candidates, sourcing, and requisitions management.
- Bachelor's degree with minimum of 2+ year of recruitment experience within a production environment or staffing production or hourly manufacturing level roles.
- Would consider experience in lieu of a degree
- Ability to analyze and interpret data including recruiting metrics.
- Sourcing experience.
- Experience with Workday and Taleo.
- Professional or management recruiting experience.
- Relationship Management capability to manage multiple internal customers with ease.
- Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with various levels of the organization
