As a Content Editor at World Headquarters in Moline, Illinois, you will manage and publish web digital content for the Sales Manual application by interacting with marketing groups to maintain current product and service information on the web.In addition, you will:• Format new/updated content for the Sales Manual using copy and resources provided by stakeholders• Analyze existing data and content (print, electronic, survey data, etc.) to ensure that the content conveys a consistent tone and credible message to the online audience• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure the needs and goals of web projects are met• Monitor quality and adhere to policies, authoring & brand standards, and guidelines set for the company's dealer-facing web site• Troubleshoot and escalate issues as appropriate to facilitate resolution of problems
Desired Skills• Experience using a content management system (CMS) to build and maintain digital web content• Experience working with templates, grids, and layout systems to support design of digital content or applications• Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly• Experience in the graphic design and web design fieldWhat Makes You Stand Out• Experience with front end coding (i.e. HTML,CSS)• Experience with Product Information Management tools to manage product data• Strong communication skills including writing, grammar and usage, persuasive copy, and style• Experience working and communicating with global business partners and diverse teamsEducation (or equivalent work experience)• Bachelor's degree in a Business/Management discipline, Marketing discipline, or in an Information Technology discipline, or equivalent experienceVacancy caducado!
