Develop, implement, and manage regional and / or global sourcing strategies for the hydraulic rigid tube, rotary manifold, and sprayer part commodities.

Manage critical supplier relationships with a focus on performance and resiliency.

Drive accountability to cost by negotiating material and pricing agreements.

Collaborate with key stakeholders across units and other organizations to define and execute commodity action plans for capacity and cost reduction.

4 or more years of experience in or working directly with Supply Management

3 or more years of experience planning and leading complex negotiations

3 or more years of experience working cross-functionally and influencing without authority.

3 or more years of experience of analyzing complex information / data sets and making strategic decisions.

3 or more years of experience in roles requiring demonstration of effective communication skills, including the ability to communicate across multiple levels within the organization

What Makes You Stand Out

Experience in contract development, negotiations, and compliance.

Experience managing complex projects.

Experience working with or in multiple functions, units, and / or divisions globally.

Hydraulics commodity knowledge

Experience identifying new opportunities to create efficiencies, value, and/or cost reduction.

EducationIdeally, you will have a Bachelors degree or equivalent related work experience in the following disciplines:

Business/Management, Engineering, Operations, or Supply Management
