Description HR Manager – Compliance & Administration (Onsite Role – Supporting HQ and Additional Facilities) Contract/Interim Role (Full-Time)Compensation expectations will be considered along with the experience and expertise you bring to the position.About the Role:Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced HR Manager to maintain essential HR operations and ensure compliance during a transitional period. This role is critical to organizational compliance and employee support, focusing heavily on FAA drug program oversight, workers' compensation, and employee relations across a mid-sized, multi-site operation.You'll make an impact in this role through responsibilities such as:

Oversee Drug Program Compliance for three facilities, including random screenings, reporting, and regulatory adherence.

Manage Workers’ Compensation Incidents: Ensure timely reporting, uphold OSHA compliance, and document all claims.

Serve as the primary contact for Employee Relations matters, including addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and managing policy compliance.

Facilitate New Hire & Orientation; facilitate annual training requirements.

Update records in HRIS for tracking department changes, pay updates, exit details, and reporting as needed.

Call Erin or Christin at (563) 359-7535.Requirements Qualifications:Demonstrated experience in HR administration, compliance, and/or regulatory roles.Knowledge of workers' compensation claims, OSHA documentation, and compliance.Exceptional organizational and communication skills, especially in handling employee relations.Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., iSolved) for tracking and reporting is highly preferred.Bachelor degree and 5+ years of progressive HR administration experience preferred.
