Assemblers needed in MolineShift1st shift 7:00am - 3:30pm (Monday - Friday)Pay19.00 - 24.00Description:Company works exclusively in the design, manufacturing, and sale of lab instruments and apparatus for testing fuels and for conducting chemical reactions and tests under heat and pressure. Their products are used for research, quality assurance, production and teaching in labs, pilot plants, and small scale manufacturing facilities.Essential Job Duties:
The Special/Custom Assembler will perform mechanical and electrical assembly tasks following drawings, schematics, and CAD modeling in a prototype manufacturing environment.
Perform mechanical alignment of parts in orderly detail results in a finished assembly.
Perform electrical tasks of wiring, soldering, and testing electrical connections.
Follow all associated assembly test procedures and documentation.
Follow verbal and written instructions.
Requirements:
Ability to utilize hand tools and test equipment.
Ability to communicate with other departments including engineering, sales, machine shops, shipping, etc.
Interface with quality assurance, purchasing, and inventory departments regarding parts.
Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
3-5 years of mechanical and/or electrical assembly experience with preference given to those who have worked in a prototype manufacturing/assembly company.
Previous work experience and or understand of electrical circuits and schematics.
Experience using a variety of hand tools (torque wrench, wire cutter, wire stripper, various electrical terminal crimpers, drills, electrical meters)
Strong attention to detail.
Previous experience with ISO 9001:2015 is a plus.
