Description We are in search of a Benefits Administrator to join our team in the transport industry. As a Benefits Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for employees, assisting them with enrollment and understanding of company benefits programs. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with benefits-related regulations and laws, and handling benefits-related issues.Responsibilities: Guide employees through the process of enrolling in health insurance, dental, vision, retirement plans, and wellness programs, among others. Respond to benefits-related inquiries and issues from employees, providing exceptional customer service. Maintain accurate and timely records of benefits enrollment, claims, and correspondence. Ensure all benefits-related activities adhere to regulations and laws, including ACA, ERISA, FMLA, and HIPAA. Collaborate with insurance carriers and vendors to resolve claims, billing issues, and coverage discrepancies. Convey benefits plan information to employees through various communication channels and facilitate open enrollment periods. Assist with data entry and report generation related to benefits administration. Address benefits-related issues, such as claims escalations, coverage discrepancies, and life event changes. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes to benefits offerings. Support HR team with other administrative duties as needed, including audits, reporting, and communication.Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services software is required. Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is necessary. Prior experience with Ceridian software is advantageous. Must possess a good understanding of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. Proficiency in using Dayforce software is a plus. Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration is essential. Demonstrated knowledge in Auditing is a must. Ability to perform Benefit Functions effectively is required. Experience in Claim Administration is necessary. Proficiency in Cobra Administration is expected.
