The Training and Safety Administrative Coordinator is a collaborative position that is essential in assisting the training and safety departments by carrying out multiple administrative tasks. Responsibilities of this role include organizing files, managing training records, coordinating training sessions, tracking attendance, performing audits on pre-job safety assessments, and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive data. The perfect candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational abilities and a solid grasp of safety and training regulations, which will help foster a safe and efficient workplace.You will report directly to our Logistics Manager, and you'll work out of our Metropolis, IL location.The hourly range for this position is $49,500- $74,100. Organize and maintain all training and safety records, ensuring accurate filing systems for easy access.
Manage training folders by updating information, tracking attendance, and ensuring all materials are current and readily available.
Perform audits on pre-job safety analyses to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding training materials, employee records, and safety documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and organizational policies in all areas of responsibility.

Previous Metropolis Plant work experience is preferred.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and database management
Must be able to sit for extended periods and perform basic office tasks.
Capability to lift and carry training materials weighing up to 35 pounds.
