You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, meeting customer requirements, and driving operational excellence. In this role, you will report directly to our Program Manager, and you'll work out of our Des Plaines, IL location on a hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our IA SBG by effectively managing programs and driving customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely completion of projects and the achievement of business objectives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and execute programs within the IA SBG, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Monitor program progress and identify and mitigate risks and issues. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management processes and efficiency. Coordinates with the Local Installation Manager and / or Systems Team Leader for allocation of resources needed to meet project objectives. Ensures any engineering and commissioning performed by the field team is in accordance with established standards. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in the industrial automation industry. PMP certification or equivalent. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
