We are seeking a Dynamic Scheduler to schedule patient appointments in conjunction with orders, urgency of care and patient convenience, involving multiple sites when appropriate.SCHEDULING - Monitors physicians' schedules daily for optimal physician scheduleINSURANCE VERIFICATION - Utilizes insurance verification procedures to ensure maximum reimbursement and correct payment.COMPUTER APPLICATIONS - Proficient in clinical, registration and scheduling software systems. d.) Learns new systems as required.TELEPHONE UTILIZATION - Efficiently and effectively manage a high volume of telephone calls to the service area. a.) Answers calls using telephone customer service skills and maintains 95% for customer telephone skillsShift Days Monday- FridayPosition Requirements:Required:
Associates Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education
Minimum of 3 years of previous job-related experience
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Service Rep, highly preferred
Minimum of 3 years training in general administrative, business, healthcare, or related field
