Job Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Maintain Excellence: keep our factory and warehouse safe and clean while adhering to safety and environmental policies.

Precision Work: adjust, inspect, and pack parts to meet our high-quality standards.

Stay on Pace: perform tasks efficiently to meet production rates.

Physical Activity: lift and carry up to 30 lbs., twist, bend, reach, and handle materials with care.

Team Collaboration: work in a team environment to achieve collective goals.

What You'll Need:

Attention to Detail: high attention to detail and an organized approach.

Basic Skills: basic math, reading, and computer skills with the ability to learn new systems.

Adaptability: ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Flexibility: willingness to work overtime when required.

Experience: previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is a plus.

Physical Stamina: ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs. throughout the shift.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $20.00 - $20.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
