Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist

Job duties include, but are not limited to:We're looking for a compassionate, versatile team member to support both clinical and front-desk duties in our veterinary hospital.Key Responsibilities:Restrain animals, triage patients, collect lab samples, assist with imaging, and provide nursing careAdminister medications, assist in surgery, and monitor anesthesiaCommunicate treatment plans clearly with clientsGreet clients, manage reception area, schedule appointments, and process paymentsProvide emotional support to clients during difficult momentsAnswer phones/emails and direct inquiries appropriatelyWork Environment:Must tolerate odors, noises, and potential exposure to bites, scratches, waste, and diseasesGrowth Opportunities:We offer hands-on and virtual training to help you grow in your role or take the next step in your career.
