Working at the foundry is hard work that demands focus on safety, quality, and commitment to helping our customers build a better world.We are looking for a Facility Security Manager who will manage the development and implementation of processes, programs, and staff for security and emergency response personnel.What you will do:

Oversee the site’s strategy on security initiatives and operations including security tools, processes, and policies to detect and respond to threats, vulnerabilities, or attacks.

Champion annual Corporate Security assessment and track improvements to completion

Coordinate with Facilities to ensure fire suppression equipment and infrastructure is functional and compliant.

Own the site’s Emergency Management Plan, which includes evacuation and take cover drills and live events, after action reviews, training requirements, and program updates.

Coordinate with site leadership on day-to-day objectives and improvement initiatives.

Maintain compliance with Open Burn permit.

Manage Emergency Response teams, 3rd Party Security/Emergency Response Team, Hazmat response, Volunteer Fire Brigade, and Confined Space Rescue team. Ensure all training requirements are compliant with site and corporate standards.

Coordinate with external first responders, including annual site walks.

Create and enhance policies and procedures for screening contractors, vendors, non-company drivers, and other authorized outsiders have equal levels of access.

Oversee assessments for potential security-related risks, including bomb threats, fire alarms, sabotage, workplace violence, intrusion alarms, activist disruption, contamination, etc.

Implement and monitor programs and initiatives designed to prevent unauthorized access to information and premises.

Manage and oversee foreign traveler security access to Facility.

Experience Requirement:

Strong understanding of fire codes, NFPA codes, fire prevention, emergency management, and/or volunteer fire brigade management.

Experience in managing emergency response, emergency management, or firefighting experience.

Top Candidates Will Have:

Degree in Fire Science, Occupational Safety and Health, or equivalent.
