Description:
Will be primary resource to department supervisors for problem identification, resolution, and continuous improvement.
Responsible for creating part numbers and routings for fixtures.
Develop and maintain continuous improvement requirements and standards
Fixture design (Model, Drawings, Assembly) Laser file creation on Sigma NEST
Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection.
Assist in leading lean implementation and layout optimization for projects in the plant.
Responsible for developing Flow Diagrams and leading process FMEA’s
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
BS in Engineering required
8+ years of experience
Experience with Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kanban and SPC
Experience doing time studies
SolidWorks experience a plus
