Part-Time Import Documentation Associate

Pay $20/hour - This is a Temporary Part-Time Position (20 hours per week) Under general supervision, coordinates all international shipments to ensure proper shipment to and from international suppliers and customer sites.Principle ResponsibilitiesFiling Import Documents to Import Dept. for three warehousesChecking packing list/invoice/BL against POFilling the document to the appropriate location in the systemFiling Import Certificate for chain link postsCreate Shipment ID for three warehouses (for EDI, 3rd party, and DDP)Create Shipping Notification for 3rd party vendors’ shipmentsGR for Direct ImportProcess GR for DI accountsTrack and update shipment status
