Inventory Project Analyst

We seek an experienced Inventory Project Analyst responsible for executing internal and external customer projects most efficiently and cost-effectively.  Projects include but are not limited to: New Product Launch (NPL), product transitions, and rework of inventory materials. This position will be responsible for managing multi-step inventory projects while working to reduce obsolescence, help improve inventory accuracy and inventory turns, and meet both internal and external target dates for completion. Compensation Range: $60,850 — $74,550Principle ResponsibilitiesMaintain a project list detailing all inventory special projects and efforts to reduce excess inventory and obsolescence: Status movement, communication and action items for all involved.Complete projects by coordinating activities between warehousing, quality engineering, and rework teams and obtaining necessary supplies.Critical thinking and adaptability to direct all aspects of the project and pivot as different needs arise while still adhering to project schedulesReduce inventory obsolescence via effective project management, creative rework opportunities, and detection of issues that generate obsolescence along with strong communication with stakeholders.Present status of the project list monthly to leadershipAssists with other tasks/projects as required.
