Project Coordinator

Description We are offering a project coordination role based in Lombard, Illinois, United States, within the telecom provider industry. This role involves setting up meetings, coordinating activities, and communicating changes across various teams.Responsibilities: Organizing and setting up meetings to ensure smooth project flow. Taking detailed meeting notes and tracking action items to keep all team members informed and accountable. Coordinating activities across multiple teams to maintain project timeline. Communicating changes effectively to ensure all team members are aware and can adjust their tasks accordingly. Creating follow-ups with project plan activity to ensure all tasks are on track. Assisting with administrative work to support the overall project. Regularly communicating with different teams to ensure alignment and coordination. Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook for project coordination and communication. Leveraging strong communication skills to effectively relay information across teams. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook is required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Experience in project coordination is a must. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently. Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field. Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
