Job SummaryResponsible for maintaining client relationships and project implementation activities required to meet plan projections for timing and financial performance over the project period. Acts as the primary contact point for vendor management on customer projects that are subcontracted by WM.II. Provide effective resolution to high level service problems.Supports assigned Environmental Solutions Account Manager to achieve or exceed budgeted revenue growth goals.Effectively utilize, coordinate, and cultivate relationships with internal and external customers. Interacts and works cohesively with the other Industrial and SMB sales team members.Maintain and develop relationships with key vendors who perform services on behalf of WM.Work with WM approved vendors to schedule services requested by sales team and/or customers.Assist in obtaining/adding new vendors that may support and provide competitive service in specific areas or key business lines.Draft, execute, and maintain records for ESP customers including vendor quotes, customer quotes, and customer contracts.Work with Area Billing teams and TSCs to validate vendor invoices, communicate accurate ticket information, charge customers accordingly, and create custom invoices as needed.Work with Area Accounting teams to ensure accurate accrual and forecasting reporting.Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor.Must be able to travel up to 25% within Chicago market area.III.
