Description We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team in LISLE, Illinois. This role will involve the development and implementation of residential marketing initiatives, working closely with various teams to drive business growth and customer retention. As part of this role, you will be expected to align marketing strategies with corporate goals and objectives, manage marketing budgets, and execute successful marketing campaigns.Responsibilities: Develop and implement residential marketing initiatives to drive new business and growth Work closely with sales and operations teams to maintain and grow the residential side of the business Align residential marketing strategy with overall corporate goals and objectives Prioritize market types and activity to deliver the best returns over a defined timeline Manage and develop new sites to enhance and build residential accounts Create and set up residential communications, tools, and campaigns Track and analyze performance of campaigns activities Manage the marketing budget and ensure that material is in line with our brand identity Develop strategies and tactics to spread a positive message that will attract and retain residential customers Work independently and adhere to tight timescales while being comfortable working in a close team environment. Requirements Demonstrable experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role Proficiency in CRM software and Database systems Familiarity with EO/IR systems Proven knowledge of Facebook Insights and Google Analytics Experience in creating and managing advertisements Strong understanding of brand awareness strategies Experience with budget processes and financial planning Proven track record in campaign planning and execution Excellent customer service skills Exceptional communication, organizational and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is desired Ability to stay current with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
