Minimum RequirementsNavistar, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer Sr. in Lisle, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology and 8 years of experience in product design/development, including 1 year leading others in engineer/design activities OR Master’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology and 6 years of experience in product design/development, including 1 year leading others in engineer/design activities OR PhD in Engineering or Engineering Technology and 3 years of experience in product design/development, including 1 year leading others in engineer/design activities. Required Skills: Develop Vehicle Electrical Architecture from initial design concept to full production using NX, NDP, Mentor Graphics XC, Team Center and CDMS (3 yrs); Mentor and lead other engineers for electrical wiring design and related activities such as: development of electrical circuit diagrams and electrical topologies, manufacturing process and vehicle improvements involving quality and cost reduction (3 yrs); Design vehicle electrical harness, routing and clipping and EE components using NX, NDP, Mentor Graphics XC, Teamcenter and CDMS (3 yrs); Manage the repair and diagnosis of Electrical Harnesses and EE modules with software like Allison DOC, Cummins Insite, Meritor Wabco, Bendix A-COM, Eaton Service Ranger and IVEST VEPS stations (3 yrs). 20% travel required; Must live within normal commuting distance of Lisle, IL.Additional Requirements
